What makes Neufeld Farms Fundraising so great? Everything!!! We start by providing you with top quality foods that people actually want and love. We give your customers value and quality with a quick turn around time, while making you money! And at Neufeld Farms… we deliver!

How does it work?

Neufeld Farms has been Fundraising for over 29 years, and we’re confident that our program will work for you! Our fundraiser manager will work with you to choose a date, time and place for your delivery. Just set your fundraising goals and let the products sell themselves! On delivery day, everything stays on the truck. Parents line up, and we pass their order directly to them. You don’t have to sort or store your orders! An average order can be distributed in 30 minutes or less!! Yes, you read that right! We have designed a program that makes distribution a breeze!
Profit?
Set goals and make money! Your profit will be $8.00 to $10.00 on every savory item ordered, and $3.00 on every dessert item ordered. There are no taxes or hidden fees on fundraiser orders. You will be charged only for the cost of the product, and we will provide you with reports showing the breakdown of your payments and profits!

FAQ

Our fundraiser is now exclusively online! Your customers can now order and pay online. They will no longer need paper forms. You will share a link for your personalized fundraiser with family and friends. We will also provide a poster with a QR code to put on your bulletin board or newsletter. Would you like to advertise on your social media pages? We will give you a link for that as well!
All orders can now be paid by credit card! There are no longer credit card fees on our fundraiser!
All orders must be picked up at the time and location scheduled. Remaining orders will not come back on the truck. If an order is not picked up, it will stay with the coordinator. If an order cannot be picked up as planned, we will ask the customer to make arrangements with friends, family, or the coordinator to hold the items for them.
Our fundraiser items are all frozen. Dropping these items off for you to handle will break the cold cycle and put the product at risk for thawing. This can ultimately lead to health issues. We also do the work for you to minimize mistakes. We want this to be a smooth process for you!
Our trucks are booked with up to 4 groups per delivery day. Staggering your customers could put our truck behind for the deliveries after yours. If you need more information, please speak with our office staff. We will work with you to achieve the best timing for your group.
An average $3000 delivery will take about 20 minutes if all of your customers are on time. A $10,000 order will take about an hour. You will find that we have a very efficient system in place as we have been doing this for many years! If you are a new coordinator, my driver will walk through the details with you before you get started. He will do the work, all you need to do is make sure your customers are on time, and that you are ready to read orders to my driver!

You asked, and we listened! Our online ordering system is here and we are excited to help you get started!

Your customers access the exclusive program through a link or QR code and fill their cart with all of their favorites.  They will be able to access the fundraiser on their computer or mobile device. They will pay by credit card only, and so you will not have to collect any money or mark any orders as paid. Each item will include 4-6 color photos of the actual product, product description, nutritional information and an ingredient list all at the click of a button.

After your fundraiser closes and before delivery day, we will send you your profit. Your money is only a click away…. let’s get started!

Types of Fundraisers

Fraser Valley Chicken and More!

Our chickens run freely in our barns and are fed a diet of Canadian grains. Great care is given to ensure our chickens are comfortable and have easy access to feed and water. Like all chicken farmers in Canada, we don’t use hormones. Our boneless skinless chicken breasts are our best selling item, as they are very versatile and a low fat protein. We have incorporated MORE than just poultry products on our fundraisers! We have a selection ranging from beef, seafood, appetizers and ready to go meals. Our beef is Canadian Grade AA – AAA and is grass fed and grain finished. Our lean ground beef is also a top seller. All of our Seafood is from Sustainable Ocean Wise Fisheries. Whether you choose back to basics, or oven ready entrees, our wholesome products, are top quality and affordable, even with your profit added on.

Sweets, Treats & Other Baked Goods!

All of our Unbaked Cookies are carefully made with the same traditional ingredients that you found in grandma’s kitchen. Our flavors will bring you right back to the time when grandma took those cookies out of the oven and served them to you still warm, with a glass of fresh milk. Available in gourmet varieties, each tray holds 49/1 oz. pucks all ready for the oven. Your profit is $3.00 per tray.

Nothing says homemade like the smell of and taste of freshly baked pies. Our baked frozen pies are stuffed with fresh fruit filling and sealed with the most amazing flakey crust! They can be thawed and served as is, or warmed in your oven first! Our pies are so good that you will be proud to serve them at your next gathering! Our 7 inch baked fruit turnovers are just as good but are a little more convenient as they are the perfect portion! Great for picnics, or lunches. They come in a box of 4 and are also a farm favorite! Your profit is $3.00 per pie or per 4 turnovers.

We are now offering something sweet for our GLUTEN FREE customers as well! The yummy Wendel’s Certified Gluten Free (& Vegan) Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough is available in a box of 50 take & bake cookie dough pucks! Bake a few at a time for school lunches, or bake a dozen to make home-made ice cream sandwiches! Yum! We also offer a Wendel’s Certified Gluten Free Baked Pie. Varieties rotate seasonally between Apple and Strawberry Rhubarb. Profit is $3.00 each. Watch for our amazing Decades Bakery Gluten Free and Allergy Friendly baked goods! Our varieties change with the season but you will always see some of their amazing ‘bites’ available! You don’t have to eat a Gluten Free diet to enjoy these. The Decades Christmas Cookie box is beautiful and delicious, watch for this during our November and December fundraiser seasons. Profit is $8.00 each.

Our creamy cheesecakes start with a crumb crust and are filled with top quality ingredients including real Kraft Philadelphia Cream Cheese! They are baked into a smooth and delicious cheesecake that you will be proud to serve! I will never bake cheesecake again! Just keep a few in your freezer and thaw when needed. Your profit on these items is $3.00 each.

All of our desserts are packaged securely so that they make it from our truck to your freezer without any problems. We offer a variety of all of our sweets on every fundraiser. We now offer our top selling desserts on every fundraiser!
